  As a 1st time home buyer, Victor has made my experience unforgettable. The market was very hot at the time and it was near impossible to get a home that you were remotely interested in. We came across a foreclosed home in Simpsonville that I really liked and unfortunately it already had multiple offers. Victor still insisted that we submit an offer. He fought hard throughout the negotiations and even guided me every step of the way. It paid off in the end. Our offer got accepted a week later and we even got a good deal on the house. It was the most hassle free experience ever! Thanks Victor. Keep up the great work!

  My husband and I contacted Victor Amadi about a year prior to our moving to the area. His information and listings assisted us in our decision to retire in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
